Let's make a silly seal! There's a few options on how to make this pattern, you can choose to dress her in a cute skirt, or you can make a little dress that can be taken off. Turn this baby seal into a keychain or make a big baby with a chunkier yarn and hook. Whatever your pick this is a pretty easy project and super fast too!
A little info on materials:
To crochet any of these we'll use: Yarn in grey or white, black and pink embroidery thread, stuffing and tapestry needle.
For the little ones I used DK cotton yarn, a 3 mm hook and 6 mm safety eyes.
The big one was made with boucle yarn with a 6 mm crochet hook and 12 mm safety eyes.

Cut the yarn leaving a tail if you want just the skirt. Sew a few stitches to secure it in place.
If you want to make the dress, put the skirt on the seal and mark on the front where you want the straps to be. Grab a long piece of yarn and with a tapestry needle you will pull the yarn through from the center back to then go to the stitch you marked, weave the yarn through the chain loops of the skirt until you reach the other marker, then pull the yarn through the loop next to the one you started from. Leave a tail to tie the dress.
