Squishable dog

I bring you this really simple pattern to make an adorable chubby dog by Hi Sheep.
We'll need: 4 mm and 3 mm hook, a little white felt, stuffing and yarn: brown, white and black. The Squishable dog is going to measure 20 cm / 7,9 inches tall.

With 4 mm hook.
Make two.

Leave long tail to sew to body.

BACK LEGS:

With 4 mm hook.
Make two.

R4: 15 sc [15]
R5: 4 sc, 3 sc dec, 5 sc [12]
R7: 12 sc [12]
R8: *2 sc, sc dec* [9]
R9: 9 sc [9]

Leave long tail to sew to body.

EARS:

With 4 mm hook.
Make two.

R1: 7 sc in mr
R2: *sc inc* [14]
R3: *1 sc, sc inc* [21]
R4: 9 sc, hdc inc, 1 dc, hdc inc, 9 sc [23]

Leave long tail to sew to body.

SNOUT:

With 3 mm hook.

R1: 7 sc in mr
R2: *sc inc* [14]
R3: *1 sc, sc inc* [21]
R4-5: 21 sc [21]

Leave long tail to sew to body.


NOSE:

With 3 mm hook.

In a magic ring: 2 ch, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc, 2 dc, 1 ch, 1 sl st through the center of the ring.

Close.
Leave long tail to sew to snout.

EYES:

With 3 mm hook.
Make two.

R1: 5 sc in mr
R2: *sc inc* [10]

Leave long tail to sew to body.
Glue on two little circles made of white felt on to the eyes to make them more lively.

TONGUE:

With 3 mm hook.

4 ch
R1: 1 hdc, 2 dc, 1 hdc [4]


JOINING:

Sew the eyes between R14-16.
Sew the nose onto the snout and the snout between R17-22, the tongue just below the snout.
Sew ears between R7-8.
Sew the front legs between R19-20 and back legs between R31-32.
